nice location, very nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast, enough seating space at breakfast so no waiting time (I travelled in June, already high season). beds were comfy, there was complementary water and coffee in the room

I missed some light curtains in the window. there were only black-out curtains and bare windows. once you get up and pull out the black-out curtains, everyone from the hotel opposite can see into your room

Excellent soundproofing (there was some kind of fair in front of a hotel),, complimentary coffee and bottled water replenished daily, a great breakfast, and friendly, discreet staff.

The bathroom ventilation could be improved. There were some minor water pressure issues on the top floor. Since the room has an open dressing-room style rather than a traditional wardrobe, having one or two extra drawers for storage would be useful.

great location, comfortable rooms, staff was very hepful, did not see the burlesque show they offer but it seemed like a good experience, breakfast was included.

Breakfast was ok, but would prefer to save the space for something nicer, some of the food felt quite dry.
