Maxime Boutique Hotel Avenida da Liberdade

I had a wonderful stay at Maxime hotel in Lisbon. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and always responsive to any request we had. The location is excellent — very close to the city center and many of Lisbon’s main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The area around the hotel is also beautiful, pleasant, and safe. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options every morning. My room was quiet and comfortable, with no noise at all, which made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The mattress was a bit too soft for my preference.

Wifi tinha pouco sinal e estava sempre a desligar, a empregada de limpeza entrou no quarto enquanto eu estava a vestir-me, cama completamente desconfortável muito mole e quarto mal limpo.

The hotel was clean and very nicely presented. The staff where fantastic couldn't do enough for you. The show they put on one of ours nights was great and the food was superb

L'emplacement de l'hotel : proximité du centre ville et des sites à visiter à pied, ainsi que des stations de métro et bus. Le petit-déjeuner : copieux, varié, avec une plage horaire étendue. Le personnel : nombreux, professionnel. Concernant le personnel du restaurant, une mention toute particulière pour Maria, son très bon français, ses conseils, ses renseignements et ses attentions; ainsi que pour Hélène pour sa gentillesse.

L'insonorisation des chambres : pas à la hauteur du standing de l'établissement et du prix demandé, nous entendions plus que distinctement les ébats des voisins... Le rapport qualité/prix : le site de l'hotel laisse présager un standing plus élevé qu'il n'est en réalité, pour un prix bien supérieur à certains autres établissements 3 étoiles situés à proximité malgré tout, qui eux certes ne font ni cabaret ni restaurant.

We liked the cabaret theme of the hotel and the little touches (the decor, tiny lip-shaped welcome chocolates, bottle of water in the room, water at the concierge). The room was tidy, clean, and provided a good amount of space. We looked forward to and enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel each morning, which provided a wide variety of foods to fuel us for the day.

Location. Clean. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was solid.

The decor is a bit weird. The breakfast/dining room is dark. The safe in our room was irritatingly temperamental.

היו פעמים שחלק מהדברים בארוחת הבוקר היו חסרים. אין ארונות.

Friendly staff.

Breakfast started late on Sunday. No Halal food - no accommodations made for people who have already paid for a breakfast they cannot access. The entire lobby always smells of smoke due to the events the the restaurant which is next to lobby - this was horrible for a non-smoker. Room aesthetics do not accommodate cupboards, they have hangers and this is their style which is fine, but for stays longer than a night - there is no where to keep toiletries or anything that cannot be hung so you will live our of your suitcase.
