Lovely lady, enjoyed our stay.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Owner was helpful when I asked for information. It suited my needs for a one night work stop.

My work booked it and it was not noticed that it was a caravan. There were no instructions on how to use anything. I had to ask a couple of times. No milk for coffee and only one coffee mug that I chose not to use. No lock. Water ran dirty initially in basin but cleared up.

Booking site indicated a historic property. The accom is a rundown caravan, with no door locks, or functional toilet.

I was not able to find the place, I emailed to ask for help, but no reply, so my payment wasn’t refunded, even after emailing I didn’t stay.

Liked nothing about the accommodation. Port Germain itself is very nice with lots of history. The foreshore cafe provided excellent coffee and breakfast. And the history information available was great.

Nothing was good about this accommodation. It was dirty and had water stains and mould in the gaps and cracks of the lining, with a musty smell. The fridge wasn't on so was smelly and unusable. Two old cups were left on a stained, dirty drainer on the bench There was no top sheet and no mattress protector. Floor hadn't even been swept - dirt and even bits of onion skin on it. The bed was really hard - we both hardly slept. Would have left that night but it was after 9pm when we got there and absolutely no accommodation available anywhere nearby. Had booked for two nights but left next morning without returning. Owner did not recognise my complaints and just said that it had been cleaned and even implied we had dirtied it in our 10 minutes of being there. Exterior had old vans, cars and a car trailer in yard and out front.
