Really friendly staff who were happy to help. The hotel was clean and perfect for us to break our long journey

Super séjour en couple, petite chambre mais parfaitement aménagée. Accueil très chaleureux. Les produits du petit déjeuner était vraiment très bon.

Très agréable hôtel en face du Louvre Lens. Jolie décoration.Accueil agréable et personnel compétant et professionnel. Seule ombre, le 2ème petit déjeuner dont le service était assuré par une serveuse peu serviable et n’ayant surtout pas compris la relation ou expérience client. Quelle différence avec le 1er jour.

Séjour fantastique. Grande chambre sdb avec produits et peignoirs. Salle de sport avec équipement moderne, sauna grand et très propre. Personnel très pro.

L'hotel, construit dans un ancien coron, ets très agréable, moderne et propre. Le personnel est compétent et serviable. Les chambres sont agréables, modernes, juste dommage de ne pas pouvoir relever les stores... Le buffet du petit déjeuner est simplement "normal" pour un 4*, mais c'est malheureusement souvent le cas. Idéalement placé pour aller visiter le Louvre et également Lens et la région. Rien à dire.

Hotel was clean, modern. Staff spoke good English and were pleasant and helpful. We had a meal in the evening, which we had to pre-book, not a great choice on the menu, but what we had was very good. We only stayed one night before returning to the UK and this was a convenient stopping point. Room was clean although quite small, bathroom had a reasonable shower, and the toilet was separate. small although clean. There was a safe, coffee machine and bottle of water but no fridge.

Good hotel, great stuff. Stayed overnight on the way to UK. Highly recommend

Room quality is excellent- very modern and comfortable. The quality of the bathroom and shower are up theornwoth the best with a walk-in shower that was hot and powerful Zero complaints
