Great location, close to restaurants and bars and pet friendly.

The only complaints my wife and i had was there was there was not any place to unpack our suitcases into. There was one desk with 2 small drawers. So had to live out of the suitcases on the floor. I would have been nicer if the café was open too, but we already new it wasn't going to be. Other then that it was a very nice place and we had a good stay.

This a a gem of and Inn. It was the quietest lodging we have ever been in with lots of charm. We had very spacious accommodations that were immaculate. There are only 7 rooms and everyone was delightful to interact with. Gulfport is a funky little town with two main streets and quite a few restaurants. Our two favorites were Pia's and Stellas. The inn is directly across the street from Boca Ciega Bay and our room had a nice bay view. It is a small beach that is not crowed at all. We made this trip to celebrate our 56th Anniversary and wanted to just chill out on the beach, relax and read.

We were only there for 3 nights and would have liked to be there longer.

great location, beautiful old, but small hotel, room was spacious, the proprietor, Darvina, was very responsive & helpful

the restaurant was closed. hotel is a B&B but there was no breakfast, only coffee & water in the lobby. there was no staff on site during our stay
