Location was ok but hard to find out there was no sign board even google map couldn't provide exact location. We asked many people and finally found it.

We reached around 10pm after a full day of travelling. The Receptionist was confused about my booking. i booked this property 2 weeks before the check in date. He said there is no booking in my name the i showed him booking details and the chat i had regarding the booking. Then he called someone and was speaking in there local language. We all were tired of travelling and we have to keep waiting at the reception. later he said ok i will give you the room. Then he changed the amount but i showed him the chat in the booking.com that amount was confirmed in Dirham. but he said because of the currency rate he cannot give room on the agreed amount. It was getting late and we all are tired so i made the payment what he said. In the Room A/C was working but the motor was making loud noise that we couldn't sleep whole night. I could find the receptionist night time to report about it and next day we left the room about 6.50 Am and nobody was there at the reception to report the same.

The breakfast is the same everyday, although is cooked when you get there so it’s super fresh

Nos atendió Salah a la llegada; muy atento y servicial nos aconsejó donde comer y donde solicitar información para hacer las actividades. La habitación era amplia y limpia. Excelente ubicación para estar cerca de la plaza y los zocos.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse de Salah. L'emplacement du riad par rapport à la proximité de la place Jema El-fna ainsi que sa décoration.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié la propreté de la pièce d'eau de la chambre et surtout le manque d'eau chaude.
