Muy agradable el lugar, excelente servicio y disposición.

No me gusto que tienen gatos y andan por toda la recepcion. Ojo si alguien es alergico a los gatos tengan cuidado. La limpieza moderada, la regadera muy mala, no salia mucha agua. El desayuno que ofrecen bueno ligero pero completo

The location is great! The grounds and room were exactly what I imagined and what was advertised. I loved the view, the large windows, and the air conditioning made it ice cold...just the way I like it! The manager and staff were friendly, hygienic, and patient with my limited Spanish. My complaints: only one small window could be opened, there was no description of what the included breakfast would be (turns out it was all bread and sugar, none of which I can eat), and the orderly stomped around at 2am while completing his nightly duties. Our room (Cometa) also shares a window with the hallway/stair case, which shined light into our room all night and there was no good way to block it. I would say if these issues were fixed/ included in the description ahead of time so I could make an informed decision, I would have given a better rating.

I picked this hotel bc of the reviews I read. The reviews didn’t do justice. Our stay was wonderful as well as our room with an amazing view of el Tepozteco. The bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. The way they serve us breakfast was so cute and delicate, light, super healthy and tasty. Great coffee! Stevia and cream! The staff was awesome and friendly. The hotel was super clean and cozy. The owner ( I wasn’t aware he was) came and talk to us and thank us for choosing to stay there. We felt safe at all times. Great location and so close from everything. Next time we are back, we will stay here for sure!!! Mil Gracias!!!

Fue una buena experiencia en general. Fue un viaje de viernes a domingo con mi pareja y nuestra perrita. El lugar es pequeño pero acogedor, está muy cerca del centro y el mercado pero a la misma vez en una zona tranquila y sin tanto ruido. Cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito durante la estancia. El desayuno que se ofrece es rico aunque básico. La cama es cómoda, hay calefactor y ventilador, pantalla con cable y wifi. En general el personal es amable y atento excepto por un caballero, robusto y moreno que no responde a nada de lo que le dices ni gracias o por favor, solo hace lo que le pides pero sin responder y es un poco incómodo. El hospedaje es un negocio familiar y por ello hay cosas que no esperarías en otro tipo de hospedaje sin embargo genera un ambiente relajado. Yo volvería.

Ubicación El desayuno está muy sencillo al igual que sus habitaciones para el precio que ofrecen.

Lugar reconfortable, la gente muy atenta y amable al atenderte, volvería sin duda alguna.
