Ozark Country Inn

The bed was really comfortable and the location was excellent. The on-site manager was very nice. It gives a very safe feeling to know that your door does not open to the outside like a motel door. I appreciate the floor fan in our room along with a ceiling fan.

I would have liked being able to control the temperature of the a/c from our room. I understand this is an old house and that may not be an accommodation that is possible.

We were invited to a nearby inn (Wildflower?) run by the same owner for breakfast. It was fantastic! We really appreciated the opportunity. The hostess was so welcoming, and the food was great!

We did not eat breakfast even though it was offered at another BB related to this one.

The area around the bottom of the shower (inside the shower) did not look clean so I did not take a shower.

Many bkfst items for continental bkfst plus option to drive to sister property for cooked bkfst. Wonderful verandah with multiple rockers fir reading or board games which we enjoyed.

Pillow top on bed made it too high plus I prefer a firmer sleep. Sheets were luxurious, however.

It was quaint and had nice grounds. There was a big comfortable living room. There was coffee twenty four hours and snacks. The owner or hostess was on the property.

There is a sign on Booking . Com that it is a Band B and it’s not. The first two nights we were in a cramped uncomfortable room with a very uncomfortable bed. We asked the owner to give us another room and at first she balked but then she relented and gave us a much more comfortable room.

Quiet location great 100+ year old home to see and sleep in.

-No chairs to sit in that would hold up humans of today (had to find a folding metal chair). -(Hickory room) loud air conditioner noise when unit kicks on and off. Loud enough to disturb sleeping. - Community Thermostat in hall hallway hard to regulate temp in my bedroom. -Wore out fan in bedroom loud. No Wifi service the last day and half. -Spoiled bananas left out. Also, hard stale Croissants left out for my entire stay (3days) -No breakfast served at this location; it was offered only at a separate location for one day. I reserved this just to have the breakfast at the price of $375.+ cost. Very upset.

I loved that the Inn was built in 1906 and the staff kept the vintage historical charm. The room and house was completely clean. The room was very comfortable. The Inn was close to everything ,and we could hear the music from the square on the porch. The staff was friendly and quick to answer all questions.

The parking was a little aggravating, but that's totally not the properties fault, but their was other guest taking up more than one parking spot.
