Check in was fast and went very smoothly. Joseph was very welcoming and engaging. I forgot my toothbrush and he was understanding and produced one from behind the desk. Room service was also timely AND delicious. The server who took my order was so nice and the two gals who delivered the food/drinks were very friendly and helpful. Positive experience all around!!

"Clean and comfortable, would stay again"

Possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Carpet, sheets, living room furniture, everything in tip-top condition. The Front Desk staff and housekeepers were great too. I have to say breakfast was kind of a let-down even for a limited-service hotel. It's not for lack of trying on the breakfast attendant's part, it just seems like some corners were cut in ordering when you only have two choices of cereal and the juice is from concentrate in a little four-ounce cup like you'd get in kindergarten. Waffle maker and a couple rotating hot options every morning though, so it got the job done. Parking plentiful and easy, FYI elevators are super-slow: just take the stairs. Overall would stay again at the right rate. Oh and the restaurant is great and the portions generous.

We stayed here while having our RV serviced at Kune's nearby. It was weird arriving with a few things stuffed into a shopping cart and being greeted by an inexperienced clerk, but shortly everything went to wonderful. Very pleasant staff in the hotel and restaurant (expensive but fun and we didn't have to figure out how to get anywhere else! Oh, and get the carrot cake for sure.) Kudos to Shay the manager for a good job.

The property and room were clean and quiet and the place felt safe. However, the bed was horrible, and the breakfast was definitely below par. The bed itself was squeaky every time you sat on it, and mattress cover and bedding was noisy, like stiff plastic, very time you moved. I thought it was just our room, but I asked another guest and they said it was the same in theirs. The room lacked condiments for the coffee. No creamer or sweetener of any type.Apparently they don’t carry creamer anymore, anywhere in the facility. The only thing they have for coffee are those those sweet flavored creamer with a pump. So I went and bought some myself. There is no one manning the desk however you can quickly get someone by picking up the phone at the front desk at the front desk The staff was very accommodating. The room is cleaned every three days unless you request to have it cleaned. Which was done upon request. The last thing was the restaurant. It was there, but wasn’t open during that time. Apparently it’s only opened Tuesday through Saturday.

Hotel put us in the handicap room right across from the elevator even though it looked like the hotel was not close to capacity. The king bed mattress was one of the worst I’ve ever slept on. I felt like I was in a hammock. I’ve stayed in hotels for 35 years while flying for a major airline and don’t recall a bed so uncomfortable. The bathroom had a fan type hum that could not be turned off. The water pressure in the shower was about 30% of what I would consider as normal. My rating is 2 out of ten for this hotel.
