It was great to stay at the hotel. The bed was comfy. The room was clean. We really like the restaurant in the hotel. The food was very good. There was quite a selection of food on the menu to choose from. Our server was very good too! I would recommend this hotel.

Overall it was an ok hotel and suited our needs. Some staff was extremely helpful and some ok. The rooms were clean but road noise an issue. Had an unpleasant $50 charge to check in 30 minutes early when costs were already inflated to $400/night because if EAA. Out of laundry detergent for machines. The hotel bar was not always open. And 7 day a week restaurant only open 5 days. Bartender was excellent. Unable to enjoy the outdoor space without buying drinks. One staff member went out of her way to help with an allergy which was very appreciated. Probably will choose another hotel brand next time.

We had the one suite in the whole hotel that had a balcony :-) Decent breakfast included. Starbucks coffee. Proximity to AirVenture in Oshkosh. Has pool (though we didn’t use it as we had not read about it when booking so didn’t have suits along). Quiet. Good cookies in the afternoon.

Front desk is rarely attended. You have to pick up a phone to call for assistance.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The women in charge of the breakfast was very rude. According to her and the young lady at the front desk she has to much to accomplish every morning. I asked if there was a utensil to get the waffle out of the maker and she said sarcastically “Maybe the fork you’re eating with!” The next day the waffle batter was empty and I asked if there was more, she said “yes but it’s going to be a minute because I have other things to do first!” I saw no reason for the sarcastic remarks. I also booked this hotel one year in advance for a festival in Oshkosh. I booked a handicapped room but was given a regular queen suite. No hand rails in the shower!

"Exceptional"

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Pool was a little small but very enjoyable compared to most as it seemed to be a heated salt water pool so no eyes burning from an abundance of chlorine. Breakfast was good! Definitely would stay here again!
