Stay was good, hotel was very clean

Walking in I was upset, they took control and comforted me. Very helpful to get us in and settled. Wonderful staff.

The room itself is fairly roomy with lots of counter space to put all your bags and things.

The carpet was dirty, pepper packages and other stuff inder the bed was lying on the floor. My daughter's feet were black after using her walker on the carpet. Some of the dishes they provide was not clean.

I’ve stayed here several times and will definitely continue to do so very nice home away from home while visiting my daughter & her family

Room was huge and super clean!

The property was clean, and the breakfast options were great.

Staff is great, excellent customer service. Breakfast options good. Hotel was generally clean and well kept.

Relatively clean, but the bathroom could've been cleaner. Overall it's a decent hotel.

I booked through Expedia and when I arrived the room I booked was given to someone else, they never mentioned anything about my dog, until after my stay was over then charged me a pet fee, had they discussed the pet fee they would have known it is a service dog(I have my documents). They also wouldn’t give me a refund for the difference of price in rooms! Not to mention I was ate up by something while sleeping in the bed!! I reached out twice and was told it’s not their responsibility to ask about the pet, I am aware of that, but it is their responsibility to disclose all charges at check in!!! Never going again!
