Someone or animal Urinated in Hall. When we informed the front desk we were told Housekeeping would clean it upon arrival. It literally 3 hours before it was cleaned. Overall very displeased smell.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Located close to many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

We got into town a little earlier than planned, around 1:30 pm. Was able to check in early. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember her name but she did say she normally works the night audit shift. She was awesome. Quickly checked availability and was able to get us a room even though we were checking in much earlier than planned. Location for this property is great for many food and shopping choices. Big clean rooms. Second time here and will be staying here again in the future. Keep up the great work.

Practically useless TV. Streaming impossible due to apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) not connecting Very low speed Internet (10Mbps). Wi-Fi unreachable from pool area

We liked the kitchen amenities. The a/c worked very well. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The price was very high. I had booked online for 1 night when I needed and intended to book 2 nights. Once I checked in I was told my res was for only 1 night. The staff helped me book another night but the 2nd night was more than twice as much as the first. I was there from 450 miles away, 7 1/2 hours, to attend a funeral. I didn't have much of a but to pay for the second night. I just felt ripped off. Also, at the breakfast bar, I felt like I was being told HOW to eat, not WHAT to eat. The cereals were labeled "Sweet" for what appeared to be Fruit Loops, "Healthy" for Raisin Bran, and "Healthier" for Cheerios. What's with that? It felt like I was in a "Woke" environment and it rubbed me very wrong.
