Jolia Hotel Danang Beach

Khách sạn rất gần biển, đi bộ tầm 5 phút là đến biển luôn. Ở đây mình đánh giá cao nhân viên, lễ tân rất lễ phép và luôn vui vẻ. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi đến Đà Nẵng

Good location. I also liked that drinking water was always available downstairs thanks to the water filter, which was very convenient. The girls at the reception were very nice and always tried to help whenever there was any problem.

On the last night, I found a cockroach in the bed, which was very unpleasant. Also, the housekeeping starts quite early, and the noise in the corridor can wake you up. There is also construction next to the hotel, so the noise from outside may disturb your sleep in the morning. The staff mentioned that the management has recently changed, so I hope some of these issues will be improved in the future

All is good, staff are friendly and amazing. Just a block to the beach. View from the rooftop looks so nice. Definitely comeback.

The room is comfortable and in a great condition. The location is golden.

The room was clean, bright and spacious. Very comfortable bed! Super friendly staff. Nice rooftop with a small pool. Great location.

Noisy construction works outside even with closed windows. But you won't be able to escape those in the center, bring your earplugs!

Wasn't sure what to expect at this price point and was pleasantly surprised. Our room was huge! Staff was very friendly. We booked Ba Na Hills through Jolia and did laundry - all fair prices. No breakfast included. There are plenty of options nearby. Booking charges the first night, and you pay the rest at the property.

If you're sensitive to artificial scents, Jolia may not be for you. The elevator has an air freshener and our room reeked of artificial perfume when we first arrived. Luckily, the scent dissipated after the first night and after I asked them to change the sheets. They were super nice about it! This wasn't the first Vietnam hotel we stayed at to scent the room. Room with window looked out to a new build. Surprisingly the construction wasn't loud.

A lovely location and very helpful and friendly staff. The staff were very good and I do thank them very much for kind and efficient service.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself is becoming rather tired and worn out it seems. Having stayed here several times over the years I particularly noticed how the rooms, showers, beds, towels etc are all looking very old, damaged and not maintained well. I get a strong feeling that there is a lot of cost cutting and management decisions that are preventing good maintenance and quality of the facilities. Rooms were quiet and well priced. But the sheets, mattress, pillows, towels are all cleerly old and haven't been replaced for a long time. The shower and toilet were functional, but again old, worn, slightly leaking and not maintained well. The staff were excellent and certainly did their best to make things as good as possible, but the hotel itself has become old and worn, clearly no money is being spent, or the minimum money possible is being spent.
