Nice clean place to stay without having to go all the way into Abilene. Highly recommend.

These are very nice, small cabin-like rooms. You don't really come to this area for attractions or nightlife but this is one of the great places to stay as you are traveling through, or if you have business in the region. They send you the code to your cabin room after you reserve it and that means you can just pull up and go inside with zero hassles. The price is competitive with motels and it is WAY better than motels. The only issue I had was 10th Street wasn't marked, but that is the fault of the city. There is a sign that says Sweetwater with a left arrow right in front of this location that you can use to find it, but 9th Street DID have a sign and it's just a street south. The street looks a bit like a driveway, which is what confused me. My one room cabin-like room had sink, stove, microwave, TV, air conditioner, and a coffee maker. They provide coffee and sugar but bring your own cream or artificial sweetener.

Very nice find in such a small town. Loved the kitchenette and the washer dryer combo. Will definitely stay here again when I am back that way. The only issue was one of the air conditioners in the right bedroom would leak water onto the nightstand. They need to check that out.

Can't go wrong staying here. I hope that someday i can come back to the area and stay again. Much better than a hotel or motel any day and the price was very comparable!

Super cute place would definitely stay again

It looked like a cabin and was wonderful, very quiet area, but when we arrived, AT NIGHT, we couldn't find it and it looked like a dangerous are. There is no sign that says the name of the business. There are sheds for sale right next to it, so we thought that was it, at first. We almost slept in our car, until we saw these little houses in the back. We were so happy to find them. The AC is great, super clean and had everything we needed.

I Loved this little place. Quiet, peaceful, cozy.

The little cabin was fine and it was clean. There was a refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner range, and coffee maker in the kitchen/dining area. There was even a clothes washer there! There was also a small futon in this room, then there were bedrooms on either side of this room with tv’s mounted on the wall. The beds were fine, but there was really no place to sit except the dining table and there was no tv there. There is no check-in office, and Abby failed to mention that when we made the reservation. We saw the cabins, but we had no idea which one was ours or how to get in. I called 3 times before anyone answered the phone to tell us our cabin and the code to get in. I feel an email should have been sent with that information or told when the reservation is made. The area is an industrial area, we were tired, and were about to give up before Abby answered the phone.
