Hotel Friedheim Weggis

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war hervorragend. Kleine aber feine Speisekarte. Die Lage mit der schönen Terrasse ist wunderschön. Das Haus liegt nicht direkt am See, dafür ist es wunderbar ruhig.

Leider haben die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, was bei 33 Grad willkommen gewesen wäre.

Der Ausblick, die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber.

Es wäre schöner gewesen, wenn das Zimmer klimatisiert wäre.

Alles top organisiert und sehr gute Küche. Zimmer waren traumhaft.

The view from this accommodation is unbeatable, the best we had in our whole 3 weeks roadtrip in Switzerland. There are different types of rooms, each with its own design and cost. We had the one with lake view and it was fantastic.They also have a restaurant on site, tried it once and the food was delicious. Reaching the lake is relatively easy on foot in about 10 minutes. The ferry terminal and cable car to Rigi are also within walkable distances (15-30 minutes), so there are plenty of things to do for a few days in the area.

The only thing that didn't suit us was the breakfast setup. We would have preferred to have it as a buffet, to not have to wait every morning (one day the eggs didn't arrive, another time we had to ask when the food is coming after 15 min of waiting at the table, in another day there was food but had to wait for bread). We understand if that's the hotel preferred way, this is just a suggestion to eliminate the waiting times and have a more peaceful morning.
