Accueil des plus chaleureux Petit déjeuner frais ,copieux et varie. Demeure avec beaucoup de charme chambre tres spacieuse cependant un peu sombre . A refaire!

"Great hotel, but you need to pay 45 p/hour for spa"

This was a lovely hotel in the centre of Lille. Friendly staff, however, there was no lift and the spa required a further 45 euros per hour. You also had to tell them in advance. I find this very annoying as I chose the hotel because of the spa. I think that when the hotel will charge extra, Hotels.com should clearly state it.
