"Comedy of errors. "

Briefly, when we got there, the room was not ready. After an hour and a half wait they got us in. There were dirty coffee cups in the room when we checked in. Housekeeping did not remove them the whole time we were there. Our room door was left open after the housekeeping crew was there the first day. A water pipe broke and we had to change rooms. The room we changed to the toilet didn’t work and we had to go to a third room.

Most expensive hotel in cross country trip. $30 per person for breakfast is an insult. $35 for parking as well. Include these things in the price to make the experience feel luxurious not money grubbing.

Staff kept bothering us before checkout. Even walked in the room at like 9:30am. Checkout was 11am.

"This is a must stay Hotel!"

First off the cleanliness of a hotel room is a must and this room met all my standards. The bed was a dream to sleep in. The only downside was no streaming capability. We stayed on the executive floor to access the lounge. It was a great experience especially when you get to meet Rabab. She made us feel so special as if we were the only ones in the club. She is wonderful and an asset to the hotel. This hotel is in a great location being so close to many restaurants and shopping with a short drive to Broadway.
