Hilton Garden Inn Memphis Downtown Beale Street

Good location and parking. We drive a tall van so we need an open parking. Sometime downtown is hard to find

Good location, walking distance to Beale street but not too close to hear the noise

The bathroom door is essentially a wooden curtain, there is next to no privacy when sharing a room with someone and for that reason alone I wouldn’t stay again if sharing with someone. The room also could’ve done with a kettle to make tea but that’s more a personal preference

The breakfast offerings were really good and we liked that we had a choice between continental and buffet. Each one suited the two days we ate there.

Location,breakfast was good and staff were friendly especially Julian/Julius who worked in the breakfast buffet he was very helpful & pleasant Also enjoyed the greyhound bar & restaurant the food was great and our server Matty was exceptional always checking to see if we needed something both him & Julius made our stay very pleasant.

No outdoor pool & was a bit disappointed with check- in after a very long journey from Ireland we couldn’t check in straight away the booking was modified long before I travelled and I had written proof of it but I personally feel the receptionist was being awkward when there was absolutely no need for it !!

Location was great, staff were excellent, room was comfortable and clean.

Everything was fine. There was nothing I didn’t like.

The hotel bathroom, microwave and towels were not cleaned .
