Water pressure… but this can be expected

The location was nice and quiet and easy to get to, and the local chedraui and the route for the island bus was really close. There are many nice local restaurants near the place so you dont have to cook yourself.

The room that we stayed in was at the bottom floor. The wifi did not work there almost at all (if you sat by the pool then you could get a connection) and the rooms ac unit dripped water on the floor. The kitchen had basic stuff in it BUT the gas stove worked with very small flame, the sink was poorly placed and doing the dishes was almost impossible due to the weak flow of water (i did our dishes in our room) and the kitchen did not have any electrical outlets (at least i did not find them) so we had to make the coffee and toasts in our room. Dont know if the kitchen was under renovation and this was the reason for this inconvenience but they should warn you about this if they promise you a working kitchen.

Towels needed to be changed on a daily basis and towel should be placed at the entrance of shower to avoid slipping

The staff were amazing there was a male and female house and garden keeper they did everything to make sure we had a great time from english plug to an iron and also keeping the pool area clean aswel as the pool …. Great service thank you i will be coming again and using the same hotel soon enough

The room was nice and clean with a spacious bathroom and nice swimming pool. Even though the apartment is not in the center of the island, the location is still good because there is a big supermarket (Our room had a fridge so this came in very handy!) at 5 minutes walking and some nice restaurants at 10 minutes walking. Also, if you'd like to take a taxi to the center or the northern beach (really nice beach) the main road was also very nearby from which you can easily get a taxi for 100 pesos. Wifi connection is also good in the room.

Cozy room just off a refreshing little pool. Good wifi, good TV, very comfortable bed. Staff was very accomodating and communication regarding any concerns was very quick.

Low shower pressure & water was too hot but staff fixed this very quickly.

the property is in a quite area and the maintenance manager was friendly and welcoming.

the bathroom floor was full of sand when we arrived. the water pressure in our sink was non existent. and worst of all we had 8!!!! cockroaches in our room - disgusting to say the least.

The owner Was very attentive, thé place is out of tourist hussle, has à Nice pool! The bed war confortable and big, AC was working well

Large bed, reasonably comfortable with good ac and fan.

Dated room, no bedside lighting, horrible TL light makes the room even less attractive. Construction work going on, empty building sites around the house, no pressure on our sink tap, leaking sink. Location is bad, middle of the island, you need transportation to get around the island. Probably worth 30 dollars a night, we paid 60, so largely overpriced.
