"Best booking.com apartment"

Everything was just perfect, with a smart home system, the experience was remarkable. Apple + tv was an added bonus. Shops walking distance, some restaurants in the compound. It's my go to place now. Definitely a 10/10.

Maybe a microwave, but not very important. It was easy for me to use the oven but for not so tech savvy people it might be handy. Just a suggestion only.

kitchen and toilet

the apartment is too high tech, with the blinds being controlled by the homepod and no instructions on how to close or open them. When we wanted to close them at night and couldn't and then woke up and they were fully closed so the apartment was dark. I also didn't like the code at the entrance as it didn't feel secure. Also the couch need to be replaced as it's very damaged

"Exceptional"

We were able to bring our cat with us. Very nice pet friendly apartment that didnt need personal interaction. Everything is automated so even late check in is very easy. We arrived at 2 am after driving for around 9 hours. We did not have any issues.

"Bad service"

Bad customer service, booked studio for 3 guests but when I was checking in they claim that I booked for 2 and I have to pay for extra bed " bad quality one can't even sleep on" that costs the same as the whole studio ! when I tried to sort it out with the managment they were rude and was blaming me for not reading the discription " although I book on hotels.com for over 10 years in over than 6 countries" I RECOOMEND NOT TO BOOK FROM THIS FACILITY
