"The stay was pleasant enough. Housekeeping needs better training."

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and well presented.

Cleanliness of the room. * There was a bug in the bathroom * The bath trashcan was dirty and had hair in the bottom of it. *AC was difficult to adjust. *Pillows were flat. *The platform bottom cover had holes and was dirty. *The sheets and linens were fine. Sorry, I forgot to take photos. 🫤

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times for work, and every visit has been outstanding. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. They’ve consistently been accommodating with our needs, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. Also, the rooms are always clean. This hotel really feels like a home away from home. We travel with our two dogs, and they get so much love from the staff. We love staying here and are so grateful to have such a reliable place to return to while in Saraland. Very highly recommend! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

"It was not bad and would be my second choice"

Seemed clean and staff was very polite and pleasant

Floors in room felt like there was built up cleaner on it and there was work that looked incomplete in the room by the window. Ac unit sounded like it was about to burst and very loud and annoying
