Al momento del check in non riuscendo a trovare il link per entrare, ho chiamato più volte un operatore il quale non capiva neanche dove mi trovassi, ed è appena riuscito a farmi entrare nello stabile, dopo di che mi ha detto di arrangiarmi. Dopo cr 1 ora sono riuscita ad entrare in camera senza alcun aiuto da parte della struttura. Non c'era neanche 1 bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia, nè caffè o tea, nulla di nulla. Il bagno appena un micro sapone, 1 micro bottiglietta (15ml) di shampoo e bagno schiuma; che dopo 4 giorni hanno generosamente rimpinguato. Non c'era wi-fi. Non c'era ferro da stiro, c'era l'asse da stiro. La notte era molto rumoroso, per via di ospiti che facevano baccano tornando a qualsiasi ora della notte, forse anche ubriachi, non vi era nessun controllo di una reception.
