The location and parking was fine. The room was clean and warm. It was easy to find and the instructions for entry was clear. It wasn't very busy, nor was there any delays in service. I found that part fine.

There was no one there to check me in, which is ok - but then I needed an Iron, and there was no one to help me. Also the bed came with a blanket and one pillow - I would much rather to have two pillows at least. Also the breakfast didn't have much selection - It was a hard boiled egg, some cold meats and bread and a pancake - there was no cereal or much of a fruit or yogurt option. Also the restaurant was closed that evening, which was annoying.
