Staff is always helpful and friendly. Great location. Close to tourist places, but far enough to be away from the crowds.

No real complaints. Shower could be a bit tricky to get the right temperature, but not really a big issue.

The hotel looks nice from the outside. The staff was trying to be helpful given the circumstances.

The bed had blood stains on the sheets and the sheets smelled very used. So we changed rooms and the new room was in the basement and it was full of mold. We were not given any other option when we pointed out the mold and it was late at night so we stayed. We were promised a new room the next day but we did not get offered a new room the next day. We were supposed to stay two nights but we decided to leave after one night given the circumstances. The reception staff also don’t speak English so it was very hard to communicate with them. We asked them to book us a bus. They told us that they booked the bus and they confirmed it twice. At 1am we found out that the bus was not booked so another receptionist had to book us a new bus in the middle of the night.
