Super lokalizacja, piękne jezioro, duża plaża, naokoło lasy do spacerowania. Dobre jedzenie. Na pochwałę zasługuje druga pani Recepcjonistka (młodsza). Chyba stara się trochę zacierać kiepską atmosferę, którą tworzy druga pani. Super masaże.

Głównym mankamentem, który zepsuł cały pobyt był widok z okien, który dostałyśmy - na jakieś wentylatory/klimatyzatory umieszczone na parterze bezpośrednio przed oknami (pokoje 202, 203, 204) i płot 1m od okien. Nie wiemy czy to one, ale coś cały dzień i całą noc hałasuje za oknem. Jak się je zamknie - duszno. Jak włączy klimatyzację- jeszcze głośniej. Łóżka mają jakieś dziwne materace- super miękkie. Telewizor nie działa. Za 350zl/osobę za noc, to chyba lekka przesada. I jeszcze pani recepcjonistka, która robi wrażenie jakby każdy przeszkadzał jej w realizacji kolejności zadań, nie dająca dokończyć zdania. W sobotę nie dało się zaparkować, bo hotel udadzą niezliczoną liczbę komunii. Goście hotelowi mają wrażenie, że są zbędnym "dodatkiem". Barman też niezbyt miły.

Lokalizacja nad jeziorem, dobre jedzenie

Hotel ma swoje lata więc pokoje maja dość mroczną atmosferę ( ciemne i mało przytulne) ale to tylko kwestia estetyki

Zaskoczyło nas informacja o dodatkowym posiłku, który był w cenie (obiadokolacja), dostęp do strefy spa (sauny sucha i mokra, mini basen z jacuzzi, przepyszne jedzonko - godny polecenia rumsztyk + świetny barszcz ukraiński, smaczna kawa, miła obsługa, klimatyzacja w pokoju, darmowy parking, bliskość do jeziora,

Twarde łóżko, sauna mokra była nieszczelna - przez co trudno było osiągnąć odpowiedni efekt sauny mokrej,
