The Apartments Ubud

The location is easy access by bike. As it’s slightly inside the alley, it provides a decent and silent location for a good rest. The staffs are super responsible, responsive and friendly. They provided us with motor rental and laundry services in a decent prices. They event help you to take the luggages to your place to make sure you’re safely arrive at your room when you check in late or come back late. Amazing stay!

There are some ants in the room and not sure if it’s the ants or bed bugs bite.

The Property is super private and a bit far from Ubud Centre and all the noise/traffic! Super lovely and polite staff. Loved the apartment!

The Only thing I would recommend maybe more toiletries items such as a powerful hair dryer, better Shampoo and Shower Gel. No big deal though.

The villa was impeccable, spacious, light-filled and with everything you need to base yourself. The pictures cannot truely capture the scale of the living area and pool. And the pool looks out into a little jungle valley. Tucked away down a local street, it’s like your own slice of Ubud. But best of all we’re all the staff, so welcoming, helpful and warm. Thank you for our stay.

the location and the welcoming staff were very nice people. I even had planned something with them and they helped very well. the property itself is quite good value for your money.

the property suffered from a pest problem (involving cockroaches) this made it very had to sleep or just relax in the rooms. the problem got very bad due to the high number of these insects. made sleeping very difficult.

The room environment is cosy, suits for relaxing. It is clean and comfortable to stay

The location is a bit inner which locates in between the neighbourhood

The privacy, the spacious rooms - sleeping and bathrooms. Very well designed, The Staff was amazing I mean really amazing, friendly and helpful beyond the working hours

The smell of the substance in the bathroom against all kind of crouching animals

Staff was amazing, beds were so comfy and the garden and apartment beautiful

There were no sun beds

Nice rooms with private Pool. Kitchen was there also. In a back road, so almost no noise.

Unfortunately we did not really have hot water. Warm maybe but after cold ride during the Rain definitely not warm enough.
