The apartment have everything what you need for living

Cockroaches running around the apartments, the bed needs to be replaced or repaired

We booked the apartment within 10 minutes without checking whether it was a good property. When we arrived, we were horrified to find out that it was an apartment in a distressed neighborhood. When we entered the building I felt fear because everything looked scary and dark (I attached pictures). It is important to note that we were with small children and I felt unsafe staying in such a neighborhood with my children. When we entered the apartment there was a terrible smell of cigarettes throughout the apartment. The sheets were old and smelly, the towels looked like a floor rag. The place is not maintained at all and is not clean.

The host sent several times that we must leave the apartment by 11:00 and I felt pressure from him not to exceed the specified time. The place for throwing garbage is dirty and smelly (I have attached a picture). I do not recommend anyone to book this apartment!

The apartment was very clean, with all things that were needed in the bathroom and in the kitchen.

I would recommend improving of the communication with the guests. Nobody answers the calls , the number has no messengers on it, and the only accessible communication is through Booking messages. Also some of the objects need to be refreshed- towels for ex. And the bed also- it creaks every time you want to lay down or get up. All apartment looks beautiful as dollhouse, but it’s not very practicable- the bath tub is gorgeous, but if you try to take a shower , the water will be all over the bathroom and you need to dry out all the bathroom. Also the space in the hall might be used more effectively- a tiny table with comfortable chairs is much more appropriated than the bar chairs. If you would like to use public transport, you should know that there is only one bus connecting with the city and it’s old type- so you can not pay in it through card or mobile phone and you can not send a sms, if you don’t have Romanian number neither.

The place is not as clean or luxurious as they advertise. The mattress was very old, squeaky and very soft. The type of soft that just sinks when you lay down and it’s impossible to sleep on. When we told management about it and asked for a partial refund since we weren’t able to get any sleep, we were told that a partial refund it’s not possible, that they can’t accommodate requests regarding mattress preferences and plainly told us we can go ahead and sleep on the couch; which is ridiculous. We didn’t rent a “luxury” apartment so we can sleep on a stained couch. AC wasn’t working. Tv wasn’t working. When we reached out to ask about the Apple TV they didn’t even bother to respond. Way too overpriced, dirty and uncomfortable. I would give it less than a star if I could.

The facilities were very modern and nice. The check-in and check-out process was super smooth and easy. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby as well as a good playground for the kids to play. Bucharest is full of attractions and there is always something for a family to have fun together.

The street was quite noisy by night and the bed also made same cracking sounds not really leaving us to have great rest. Every attraction / city center is 30 mins far with the car, making the location not so great if you have a short time in the city. But what we liked the least was that there are pools being advertised when they have "nothing to do with the apartment" and for instance for a family of 3 would cost around 40€ for the day, which is not appropriate in our opinion.

The apartment was very nice, cozy, clean and we had everything we needed! Even in the area you found supermarket and restaurants to eat very very close!

The parking was really hard to find , we came late at night because of working until late and finding a free parking was almost impossible

Good size studio apartment with everything you need.

The TV is from the 90's, the bed from the bedroom is making some weird noise on every slightly move.
