Beaufort House Inn

House was really nice and Sarah was friendly, informative and accommodating.

For the price, a full breakfast should have been provided, and there was nothing really to eat for early departures.

The staff was so friendly and it was in an AMAZING location. We were so comfortable the entire stay and really enjoyed the light breakfast options.

Sarah was so sweet, helpful, and welcoming. The house was adorable and in a great spot. Sarah brought us fresh coffee in the morning and she’s wonderful to chat with. we had a great stay :)

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights in early February while we visited friends and went to the Biltmore Estate for the candlelight tour. We stayed in the Rose Room. Very good sized room and huge bathroom, all decorated very nicely and traditionally for the period of the house, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite delightful and made new friends. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, with great recommendations for lunch and dinner. Location was perfect for us - 15-20 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Located in a quiet and very walkable neighborhood. And the Inn itself was very peaceful as well, despite it being pretty full. Very interesting history of the house itself as well. Would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful inn, great location, friendly and professional staff. We really liked the cottage rooms. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Neighborhood great for walking. We walked up the hill to the Grove Park Inn for Christmas dinner, took about 33 minutes at a brisk pace for a physically fit family. I highly recommend the Beaufort House Inn.

Not a typical full B&B sit down breakfast...but had bagels, warm muffins, toast, yogurt, granola, juices, coffee, tea...it was fine. Hospitality was over the top good and accommodating. Fresh cookies and coffee/tea available all day. Front porch rockers and swing. Room was nice and bed comfy. Location to downtown was great. Very walkable if you're a walker...otherwise only about a half mile and a few lights puts you downtown. Heck, once-upon-a-time Charlton Heston stayed here....that's cool. Now, I have, too.

Maybe offering the breakfast layout a little earlier for those of us who are early risers. Really can't think of anything else...

It’s really beautiful and very quaint. Has a very homey feel.

The room was really small, the pics made it look a lot bigger than it was. Jacuzzi tub was not great couldn’t get enough hot water to fill it - shower and tub hot water and cold water knobs are quirky. The breakfast was a disappointment.
