Food was delicious

The rooms are ugly. Very small and old. Passage leading to rooms dirty with old planters that need lots of attention and plants.

Staff were super friendly and helpful in the hotel. The restaurant service was very friendly. Good food. Amazing views. Great location.

Service in the restaurant was painfully slow - everything takes an unreasonably long time. Bins outside by the parking lot were rancid. Rooms and bathrooms are generally tired - missing holders, broken bins, towels are disgusting. Lack of facilities to clean your own room (as they don't clean everyday). Attention to detail is lacking. Wasn't the party vibe advertised, rooftop was closed very early most nights.

A fantastic stay at Pili Pili! The owner did everything to make me feel comfortable and was very accommodating. If you want the beach, great food, and a good atmosphere: go for it! 🏖️
