The place is difficult to find, the Wed address is on Katherine Terrace, IT'S NOT, it's down a side street, with the smallest of signs indicating where the entry is, the entry is like entering a prison with a locked steel security gate, the car park is also behind a high steel security fence & gate which is difficult to open, the room is on the first floor accessed by narrow stairs. I'm a 77year old man with a impared leg unable to climb stairs. I REFUSED TO STAY IN THIS CRAPPEY PLACE AND I WOULD LIKE MY BOOKING MONEY RETURNRD TO ME.

We didn't use the pool and had breakfast. In terms of Room in Katherine, it is good and in the secure premises.

We have booked 2 rooms. When we entered both rooms, one room was a little smelly, so housekeeping needs to address the smell; it smells like cigarettes or due to wetness
