Young boy, I suppose manager was nice.

I didn't like that I reserved a night stay and once I received the room key, I took my belongings and went to relax, maybe 20 min after I was in my room they young boy knocked and let me know they placed me in the wrong room and needed me to take the keys to the front desk immediately. Another night I got a room upstairs and as I walked in it was dirty, the toilet seat was completely broken off, there was food splatter on the wall, tv, and floor, as well as drinks in the freezer, there weren't any towels in the restroom. The closet door was completely off, and the faucet knob was broken and water running. With two beds that were more like cots, instead of a king bed that I had reserved. As well as A.c leaking causing the entrance to have a little water. With a towel to stop it from spreading out I suppose. Also dirty wash cloths hanging from the shower curtain rod. Lady implying every male that would walk in when I was checking in or out " If they were with me, or if they were my boyfriend"

Staff was very accommodating
