We had to beg for our paid breakfast!!! We complained for the room low temperature and we got an answer through watch app “ do you feel cold ?” I will never ever stay in a such apartment again.

We loved he original old Italian ambience and the central location. The hosts were so friendly and helpful.

The noisy faulty generator on the terrace, this made the terrace unusable. Plus the hum from the faulty generator permeated throughout the whole apartment making sleeping impossible. I contacted the owner who very indifferently told me not to open the door to the terrace. She said that she would have a engineer out in the morning. The following morning after a terrible night I rang the owner, she didn't answer her phone, I let it ring out. She didn't call me back. Left with no choice I found alternative accommodation. I texted the owner explaining why I was checking out (the large faulty noisy generator) accompanied with video evidence, and that I would like a refund as the apartment was not fit for purpose. Only then did she respond to my text. Her reply failed to address the issue, the unbearable noise from the faulty generator. She ignored the video evidence I sent and instead claimed that I was the first person who had ever complained, what that has to do with the veracity of my complaint I don't understand. Also it's not true as proved by the review on google maps by Thomas Leber 7yrs ago. I mentioned that I would be contacting Booking.com about the matter to which she replied do what you like.

The web said - parking included but it was not - breakfast too was included but did not arrive.

It was a wonderful property in the perfect location to explore Ravenna.
