Spacious apartment, big terrace

- AC: blows cold air, but no way to set temperature. When I asked how to set the AC, no one wanted to explain / help: “like I said before, read the instructions”. - Terrace is not maintained. It has 2 chairs (one broken, 1 ok) and broken dirty table. - Furniture very basic - No laundry stand - location good but not perfect for Barrio Salamanca stay

Great location, nice secure apartment with a washing machine and good kitchen facilities. The host is very responsive and allowed me to stow my luggage before check in, which was greatly appreciated. Close to the metro and supermarket. Lots of restaurant choices close by.

The cooling system was quite complex and I couldn't work out how to get the temp up over 21 degrees, which is too cool for me personally. A poster in the back of the door with wifi and garbage disposal instructions would be useful, rather than having to rely on a QR code to get instructions.

Excellent location. Near many restaurants and the Metro station is right in front.

Control of the room temperature did not seem to work. Had to use an extra blanket

Faltaba elementos básicos. Faltaba : escoba, cucharitas(solo una), microndas, escurridor de platos,falló el agua caliente, falló el ascensor.

Muy pequeño.

Muy caro para lo que ofrecía. Colchon blando, poca luz en el baño, no había gel, solo champú, faltan algunas cosas de aseo, el ascensor se rompió, pobre decoración de las zonas comunes, faltan cojines en el sofá. El edredón no es para el calor que hace ya. Faltaba sacarina, solo había azúcar
