El alojamiento estuvo cómodo y limpio todo en orden La Atención online buena

Que no tenía cesto de basura en el baño no había donde botar basura en todo el apartamento ysolo en la cocina Solicité ya que es muy necesario botar la buscar pero no me Dieron solución nunca Ofrecían secadora de ropa no había y me dijeron que no necesariamente lo que dice el anuncio es lo que es porque depende de del depa Ofrecían microondas tampoco había si no que era el horno convencional que se convertía en microhondas muy difícil de usar La calefacción no valía Pedí ayuda varias veces pero nunca funcionó

La ubicación es excelente, el apartamento es amplio y luminoso. Estuvieron muy atentos a nuestras necesidades durante toda la estancia.

A pesar de que la cocina estaba muy completa, incluso horno, no había microondas que en mi caso es lo siempre uso en estancias cortas.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in my entire life. First things first, I have to say the location is honestly great. Tons of local markets and shops around, and a metro station right in front. But the location doesn’t matter when you’re sleeping in moldy, deteriorated rooms with chunks of the wall broken off. All the bedsheets were clearly unwashed, smelt horrible and had holes seemingly like burns all over. The balcony was covered in scaffolding and was under construction, which only made the lack of air conditioning worse since we had to keep the windows open and breathe in all that dust. We were waking up in the middle of the night coughing due to the dust and fiberglass insulation that was in the air right outside. There also isn’t any room service at all, so we didn’t get any new towels. When we asked for more toilet paper, the only one they had was one covered in chocolate. Truly a horrible experience, and I couldn’t reccomend this place for anything apart from where it’s at. But there’s other hotels even on the same block, so it’s not like you don’t have options.

The underfloor heating rattled all night, the window was stuck open as the last people must have had the same problem in apartment 2C because it was stuck on hot so the whole place overheated and it rattled all night. We asked to change after the first night but they didn’t have anywhere else. He fixed the window but still no sleep, take earplugs and eye mask for the blue light from the air conditioning unit
