Beach House by Azores Villas

Location was excellent and house was very clean. The team responded to queries in a timely fashion.

House smelled musty. No washing machine and no instructions on how to use cook top or set fridge temperature. No salt and pepper. Appreciated the coffee pods to get us started, but instructions on the brand to purchase would have been useful. Called the after hours number once for help with cooktop and there was no answer. Night table lights in one room didn't work, and tv light flashed spontaneously in the middle of the night (2 nights in a row) until we finally unplugged it.

easy parking, location, 2 big bedrooms, 3 nice bathrooms

maybe having a washing machine available. Not a big deal

The location was perfect with the beach right across the street. There was a bakery, small food store and restaurants within walking distance. The people on the town were welcoming. Parking the car was easy. Great location for exploring the entire island. Beds were comfy. Staff were helpful and responsive if we needed anything.

I cannot wait to come back. I will stay here over and over again. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Super easy to get in main Ponta Degada. Though on the main road, it was super quiet at night. I loved hearing the church bells, the ocean, and birds! The view was spot on. I love the Azores!
