L'appartamento si trova in una posizione ottima per visitare la città, a due passi dal centro e dal porto. I locali sono spaziosi e ben puliti. Il parcheggio è vicino e facile da raggiungere

Purtroppo se si capita nel weekend è difficile prendere sonno a causa del rumore proveniente dal bar che si trova sotto l'appartamento, che mette musica ad alto volume fino a tarda notte. Inoltre, il condizionatore non rinfresca adeguatamente entrambi i locali.
