Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Las fotos de la habitación no se parecen en lo más mínimo a la realidad. La habitación no tenía ventilación ni luz natural, y la iluminación artificial era insuficiente. Además, había un fuerte olor a humedad y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. El baño tenía la tubería del lavamanos dañada, por lo que el agua se filtraba y caía directamente al piso, lo cual resultó muy desagradable. Aunque el personal accedió a cambiarnos de habitación, la experiencia general fue negativa y pasamos una muy mala noche, ya que el hotel no cumple con lo que muestra en su página web. Adicionalmente, el check-in era a las 2:00 p.m. y nos hicieron esperar hasta las 3:00 p.m. para poder ingresar, lo que generó aún más incomodidad. En general, el lugar nos pareció incómodo, oscuro, sucio y con mal olor. No lo recomendaría.

Nothing to like

Messy! Not clean at all. Smelly! Even though I let the room door and window open, on the AC but couldn’t get rid of the humidity smell. If someone will smoke in their bathroom, upper floor or down floor, you will get the smell inside your bathroom and of course inside your room (that’s how I woke up one morning) I did ask four times for cleaning the room, which supposed to be cleaned every day bcz it’s a “hotel”. Then I witnessed changing the sheets and see what I did realize on the pictures. OMG ! Neither the pillows nor the blankets has been washed for years!!!
