The house with 3 bedrooms was very spacious for a family of 6. The kitchen is well equipped and all rooms are very reasonable size. Two bathrooms, everything super clean.

The landlady and landlord speak literally no English/German so without an app the communication is impossible. TVs in all bedrooms - I would much prefer having just 1 TV in the common room so the kids do not run away to watch Netflix in their bedrooms.

We liked the location. The apartment was clean, the kitchen and the bathroom were well equipped. The family who welcomed us was nice and helpful. The lady host changed the towels every other day and collected the rubish. We enjoyed the smart TV and the excellent wifi. We had our allocated parking spot.

The apartment LIA had a bad mould smell, mostly around the beds and around the furniture. The beds and the sofas from the living were very uncomfortable. I have had back pains during all 8 days we spent there. Outside the building we couldn't spend time enjoying the beauty of the surroundings during the sunny days. We had to wait for the sunset, the benches and the table were unprotected from the sun. The house has other apartments with good outdoor sun protected sitting areas. The hosts were kind but the communication was difficult. They speak Hungarian, a little bit of German and use the google translation.

Good location, breakfast

The staff was very helpful from the beginning until the end, they made us feel very welcome. The living room was large and accomodating, we felt very good there and hardly ever needed to go out in the evening. The sauna was pleasant and we could enjoy it every evening upon request. The apartment Erika is actually a separate house, with terrace. The parking place is well maintained and the road that leads to the buildings is kept clean (it is a bit narrow and steep and would be difficult to access with heavy snow, so the fact that it's well maintained really means a lot). There is a supermarket just a few steps away and also a pizza place nearby. Restaurants are also relatively close. The Molltaler Gletscher parking can be reached within less than 10 minutes drive (we did not take the ski bus as there was plenty of parking space anyway). Ski deposit room was also very well maintained.

The bedrooms were a bit small, especially in contrast with the large living room. The closets and the other furniture used for depositing clothes and personal objects were oddly placed (for instance two big wardrobe closets were in the hallway at the entrance). It was a bit tricky to split the apartment between two families with children, since the two bedrooms closer to the entry are both bigger than the other two bedrooms opposite the living room (I know the dimensions are clearly stated on the apartment plan, but once you get there it is even clearer) and on the other hand one of the two bathrooms is only accessible through one of the bigger bedrooms. There is almost no place in the kitchen area to deposit any food that is not meant to be kept in the refrigerator unless you count the piece of furniture under the big TV.
