Hotel needs renovation to have better experience as per the hotel charges. Furnitures ,lift and fixtures are old and not clean
AULocation of the hotel was excellent. Restaurants were within walking distance. There were various shops too which had lots of selections.
The rooms were cosy with not enough supplies for bathroom.

GBWe cancelled the breakfast and was promised a refund but never received it. Even after chasing it that never materialised. However the location is superb. You are able to view the Vivekananda Mandiram, The newly built glass bridge and the Tiruvallur statue from the rooms front balconies
Staff presentation: The current uniforms look quite outdated. Providing new, well-fitted uniforms would help staff feel more confident and present a more professional image. Building conditions: The rooms and the overall building appear very worn and in need of modernisation . Refurbishment would greatly improve the environment for both staff and visitors. Overall addressing these issues would create a much more welcoming and professional atmosphere.
