The only downside was breakfast time was early and only a small time window and thought checkout time of 10 was a little early

GBGBGood Breakfast. Room was clean and pleasant. Car park, tight but nice not to have to worry about it. Only a few minutes from the town centre or bus stop to Stratford-upon-Avon. We had a lovely evening meal at the pub too.
We found the room a little warm. Pub noises but not a real issue. Shower not the best but adequate.
GBGBQuality quaint impressively run Inn providing good quality food and bed and breakfast. There is easily missed parking to the rear of the property which is a bonus. Characterful decor and menu at the restaurant.
Stairs are not great for us as my wife has mobility issues but for most people this won't be a problem.
