ISS Travel, Ambra apartments - 800 m from La Cinta beach

ottima la gestione da parte dell'agenzia, molto disponibile e cordiale. la casa proprio carina e posizione strategica

la scomodità dei materassi, la mancanza di pressione acqua nella doccia e il box doccia, che ad ogni utilizzo allaga il bagno, le persiane non rimangono aperte dunque col vento sbattono in contimnuazione. ci vorrebbe davvero poco sistemare.

Fantastic location right between the Cinta beach and the old town with all the restaurants. It was a 15 min walk from both. The back terraced of the patio was a lovely spot to hang out and the bathroom was quite nice.

The check out process was confusing and not really explained to us. We had to move the trash to a specific place but didn't know where to move it to. Also, there was no hand soap in the bathroom at arrival.

It was a nice apartment with garden, short distance to the beach (800m), close to the bus stop and market. And staff was very nice, friendly, amazing, gave us so many information.

There were no air conditioners, but staff was very nice and gave us extra ventilators

The only good thing was a big room anx terrace but everything else was terrible.

The dishes in the kitchen were the cheapest ones and quite old. There was no AC, our baby got overheated and went to hospital, there was over 35 C in the room. No blackauts on the windows, so kids awake at 6. The bathroom accesories were very old, plastic ones. Expensive accomodation but very poor quality. The beds were old and lyed out after som many people.

the location was easy. And the patio was useful, although we had wanted the first floor and we got ground floor.

The kitchen was not well equipped, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Everything was at a bare minimum. Not even a dustpan was available.
