Absence of the communication with guests before the arrival, there’re two buildings and and one of them doesn’t have a reception, so it’s just better to send a message before the arrival with a location of reception so guests can go straight there without resolving the quest by themselves.

USThe outside appeal was nice, and reception staff was friendly.
Almost everything? The room was on the dark side of the building. The entry way cluttered with old outdoor furniture. It seemed like nobody even checked the room before we got there. The lamps were unplugged, one of them didn’t work at all and outside light bulb was unscrewed. The heater had not been turned on and took until like 3 am to even make the room warm. The water bottles they left were €3.50 to purchase. There was not even so much as cups or coffee. They left two bags of tea and a hot water pot and no cups to even use? The bed was super stiff. The pillows sucked. The sheets and comforter were so cheap. There were no touches to make it feel homey or comfortable. The tv is just laying on the desk? A shame to see the exterior of the property look so nice and this room be so disappointing. Also the “paid laundry” was disgusting. Machines covered in bugs, just a questionable room to be charging 5 euro for. Lesson learned. Go somewhere else!
THWonderful Experience. Parking was extremely convenience and easy, The room was impressively spacious-both the bedroom and bathroom were much larger than expected. the comfort and spce really made the stay extra enjoyable. The overall atmosphere around the hotel was excellent as well, calm and pleasant with a really nice ambiance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and relaxing environment.
