Great location and super clean

AC was really good and strong but a bit noisy

I had the pleasure of spending three nights at Harmon House - Hotel & Spa, and from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The first thing that struck me was the hotel's character. The interior design is absolutely beautiful, blending modern elegance with warmth. Every space has been carefully designed, and the artwork displayed throughout the hotel gives it a unique personality. It feels more like a stylish boutique hotel than a standard accommodation. The location is another major advantage. Situated just a short walk from the vibrant Place Stéphanie area, it's the perfect base for exploring Brussels while enjoying a quieter, more refined neighborhood filled with excellent restaurants and shops. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, but the highlight for me was the stunning marble bathroom. It added a real touch of luxury and made coming back to the room after a long day even more enjoyable. The wellness area is another reason to stay here. The pool is perfect for unwinding, and the sauna and hammam provide a wonderfully relaxing experience after a busy day exploring the city or attending meetings. What truly makes this hotel exceptional, however, is its staff. Every single member of the team I encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, professional, and eager to help. Their warmth never felt forced—it felt sincere. They were always available with a smile, happy to answer questions or offer assistance, and they created an atmosphere where you immediately feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. Excellent facilities, beautiful design, a fantastic location, and some of the best hotel staff I've encountered in a long time. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels, whether for business, a city break, or a relaxing spa getaway.

Emplacement, le sauna et autre

Hôtel propre, beau, globalement agréable et bien situé avec un très bon personnel.

Tout d’abord, sachez que l’établissement offre des boissons pour chaque bon avis émis ce qui biaise la sincérités des autres avis. Très déçus de mon séjour au niveau du rapport qualité prix. Je tiens à rappeler que le prix pour deux nuit est d’environ 500€. À ce prix là, je ne m’attendais sûrement pas à dormir dans 2 lit simple collé pour former un lit double très désagréable, le « luxe » proposer est seulement esthétique mais sûrement pas dans la qualité de l’établissement. L’accès à la salle de sport ainsi qu’à la piscine est beaucoup trop cher pour se retrouver avec 10 autres individus dans 15 m2 (50€ par personne). Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très varié et les aliments ne sont pas d’une grande qualité (25€ par personne) le prix du séjour peut facilement grimper à 650€ pour 2 nuits dans un établissement avec une Clim qui marche pas, un mauvais lit, et un service dit « luxueux » très très bof
