Sehr gemütliches B&B . Gesamtes Haus ist neu und sehr sauber. Es ist sehr ruhig und nur 8 Minuten vom Ortskern entfernt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und bemüht. Sehr leckeres und typisches schottisches Frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Glenlaird was the perfect place to spend 3 nights whilst my Husband walked the first parts of the West Highland Way. Every comfort and requirement was covered by the Hosts who couldn’t do enough for us, even drying wet outdoor clothes! The cooked breakfast were delicious on the weekend and the continental breakfast was perfect start to a weekday. The room and en suite were very comfortable within a very modern home with great outlook from the dining and sitting area with a patio too to enjoy the Scottish sunshine! Plenty of car parking and just a short walk along the road into Drymen centre for pubs, restaurants & shops.

Glenlaird is a beautiful property set in a semi-rural area with beautiful outlooks. It was easy to find, plenty of room for parking, and contact with the owners was easy. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with quality fittings and a good sized ensuite. Svetlana and James went out of their way to assist us with travel plans and this was much appreciated. We only stayed the one night but regretted we didn't have time to stay longer. Weekday breakfast was sumptuous with cereals, pastries, breads, eggs, meats and cheese. Many thanks to Svetlana for providing an early breakfast for us prior to our departure to Glasgow airport (only 45 minutes at peak hour!). We will definitely return when next in Scotland. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast, lovely room and friendly hosts.

Glenlaird is an amazing place to stay. The house is stunning and the service was impeccable. The weekend cooked breakfast was delicious and the continental breakfast served on weekdays was varied, fresh and interesting. We particularly enjoyed the fruit, boiled eggs and warm pastries. We were even served pancakes and maple syrup one morning. Our room was very comfortable with first class facilities. The house is within walking distance of a very good pub where we ate each night and Glenlaird is conveniently sited for touring Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. We would be very happy to return and can recommend a stay here without reservation! Thank you Svetlana and James we loved the house and enjoyed our four days of sharing it! J & G
