Éste lugar no le dan mantenimiento, huele horrible, no tiene personal de atención, solo una muchacha, las camas tienen colchones viejos que se hunden, llenos de ácaros, no entiendo còmo puede publicitarse por medio de hoteles.com, le resta calidad al servicio de hoteles.com. Tan mal estuvo la experiencia, que luego de haber reservado 3 días, decidimos luego de la primera noche, salir de ahí para salud de la familia, todos amanecimos mal en ese lugar. Debería de cerrarse y no publicidades más.
Usualmente utilizo las Villas Maria Luisa, un lugar agradable y las instalaciones las tienen cubiertas de naturaleza, digno de rescatar.

It was the most peaceful and rewarding resort. The staff stay on site and really care about their resort. It’s very clean and very facilitating. Grilles and unlimited charcoal for cooking by their nice pool. also a kiddie pool. All installed this year. It was a nice room with ice cold AC. The humidity can make it hard to sleep, so the AC units are great. I would come back.
