Prim Travellers Inn

Staff were very courteous, cooperative and accommodating. Lyca, Malou, Janice and Rosemarie were very helpful and professionals. Inn was average, going up and down was quite dangerous especially for seniors like us because it is steep and slippery as water drips down due to cleaning of motorcycles on the road above. I suggested to one of the staff for the management to place side hand-rails or side stairs. As well, room doors are fragile and have no double lock which could easily be kicked and broken into.

Water, too weak. Bathroom floor is not kid and senior friendly when it get wet too slipperry. Should have a matt.

Very convenient to town

the staffs are like i dont know busy ? no person on the reception all the time. breakfast serving are toooooooooooo slowwww.

The location is good as it's near the port, market and has a nice shower.the breakfast is quiete nice,the recptionist is very welcoming and accomodating.

We stayed in room # 1 the WiFi is worst. We're not able to use the wifi for our entire stay. We only use mobile data as a hotspot and good thing data signal is good and was able to work. Air conditioner is noisy and need to turn off while working. Cockroach was able to get inside the room because there's a gap in between the door and floor. Need to advise reception that some things were broken.

Good location near the City

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights with my friends. We dismayed as 1 of the room they gave a bunkbed with 8beds which supposed were only 3 and 1 kid. I even upgraded the room for complete amenities but no TV, toilet hard to used not clogging, no tissue , no soap and shampoo and you need to asked them which suppose its already there when the guest arrive, we used the bidet for shower. We decided and request to transfer to another room. They transferred us so we feel good for 2 nights and 1 night in other room again even their outlet mostly not working. They have free breakfast but in our last day, we request early breakfast because our pick up was 7am but their not allowed to serve it as they serve it at 7 am. They even asked additonal charge for the room for transferring us . Staffs were not friendly either. Over all were not happy and not satisfied during our stay in Prim Travellers Inn.
