Coast View by Azores Villas

Vista panoramica,arredi moderni con gusto,da tornarci sicuramente.

Niente,unico appunto da rivedere l'apertura della porta della stanza, è solo un consiglio.Forse bisognerebbe aggiungere le istruzioni per raggiungere il parcheggio di fronte nel caso non lo si trova davanti alla casa....noi ci siamo riusciti lo stesso .Sono solo consigli perché il posto merita un bel 10.

El lugar era muy bueno, la cocina completa está muy bien para poder hacer comida de picnic. El aire funciona bien y ayuda cuando hace calor afuera.

Estaba un poco sucio y usado el alojamiento. Cambian las ropas de cama y toallas pero se ve algo gastado.

Just on the border to main town of PDL. Easy to park rental car on back side of property. Short walk to center of town. Room was comfortable and nice view of ocean.Had trouble with entry to our unit (keypad), used main key for balance of trip.

The apartment was clean and nice. Just needed a little bit of care. The sofa could use a cleaning.

Very well located in a quiet and very accessible neighborhood. Rooms with ocean view! Very nice and attentive staff. A lovely fruit basket was waiting for me in the room, as well as a lot of coffee pods. I loved my stay there! Parking on the street is very easy, and there are many restaurants all around.

Place looks nice and clean on the surface but if you look a little closer you can see the issues.

The place had a very strong smell of damp! And without opening the window/door the smell was very diffuse to get rid of. Even with the window/door open the smell never fully went away but what did happen is cockroaches came in! When I informed the company they sent some one to clean who did an average job but no amount of cleaning could get rid of the damp smell. We eventually had to book into a hotel. The management company however, were completely unwilling to engage in any conversation about discount or compensation, but the apartment was unliveable! They just kept sending cleaners round (even though daily cleaning was included so essentially nothing extra). What they need is a dehumidifier and a net on the door/window to stop bugs but allow air to come in.

Clean, oceanfront comfortable apartment. Staff is very helpfull. The only thing: sofa bed was too noisy, which was terrible to slip for all of us.

Despite a brief stay of one night and one full day at Coastview by Azores Villas, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious accommodations, which included two balconies offering exceptional views. Furthermore, its convenient proximity to the city center allowed for easy access to downtown Ponta Delgada via a short walk.
