･ここの会社が持っている他の施設に比べると、少し古めな部分がある(乾燥設備が無い、ソファが傷んでる、等)

Location

Issues with the room (loud because it was close to elevator, automatic lights set to turn off after a ridiculous 30 min (!) in the room, strong draft from windows on cold days)

Location is good, close to stations, Tenjin shopping districts and Canal City. Room is spacious for two people.

The only downside was that the sound insulation is not well. You can hear noise from upstairs and outside.
