Amazing lodges in an incredible location. The owner was extremely friendly with great English. The food was incredible. We saw condors in the valley too!

The sfuff was really nice, and there were options for good lunch and dinner. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

At the evening and night lots of flies entered the bathroom when we turned on the light, even with the windows closed (probably they are not sealed.

We reserved a room here based on the reviews & our expectations were exceeded. The place was quiet & comfortable - the best bed I've ever slept in while trekking. The linens & pillows were wonderful & our room had a great balcony to sit on & enjoy the view. We had ample hot water to wash off the dust from the trail too. The family there was super friendly & helpful - we are vegan & they accomodated us well for breakfast. And the beer was super cold! What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

The room was stunning with a very large window looking out at the Canyon. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Dinner cooked by the staff was delicious and it included a soup and main dish with some tea (S/35 / person) We stayed there after hiking down the Canyon from Cabanaconde and it was at a perfect location (~8 miles).

Only drawback was that hot water was limited but for a place this remote we didn't mind.
