"Excellent stay in the beautiful Sussex countryside"

Fantastic facilities. Room was clean and comfortable, and there was such attention to detail.

The gym roof was a bit low, but thats my bad for being 6'6

The chaps that own and run the pace are brilliant. Friendly, helpful, and really accommodating. We had a wonderful stay, made great use of the pool, and the gardens were superb.

Nothing... They really go above and beyond with what they provide.

"Wonderful relaxing place to stay and enjoy."

Wonderful place to stay, the flat was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there including well equipped kitchen with snacks, fruits and milk provided as well as fresh flowers on our arrival. Even in November we have enjoyed the balcony on sunny days with amazing views. The swimming pool, hot tub, steam room and gym were perfect and made our stay so relaxing. Great lots of attention to details and amazing garden. And on top of that we have seen the Christmas lights and decorations to go on in the garden. The place is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve and coastline on your doorstep. Erick was very nice and helpful. He really made as feel like at home and the place was dog friendly which was perfect for us! Chris and Erick care about their place and making every stay special and a lovely experience for their guests. We are hoping to be back, but you have to be quick as booking gets full up very quickly.

"An activity-packed long weekend for me and my son."

The facilities are really great. Walking distance to a beach with pretty much no one else on it and lovely mini-waterfalls on the way. Close enough to Hastings seaside experience, Cambersands and Port Lympne Safari Park.

"Will definitely be back."

The studio flat was exactly as described and more. Lovely welcome goodies and great use of the space. The balcony gives great views to the coast. We loved the hot tub, pool, and steam room- all very relaxing. Storm ciaren caused some issues locally, including the water being off briefly but before we knew there was an issue bottled water appeared. Chris and Erick are lovely hosts who are clearly passionate about what they do.
